These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TrackDrive mobile app and related services ("TrackDrive", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use TrackDrive.
TrackDrive is a job logbook and record-keeping tool for trade plate and delivery drivers. It helps you log jobs, mileage, waiting time and expenses, import remittance statements, look up vehicle details, view route traffic and weather, and export your records.
TrackDrive is a record-keeping aid only. It is not an accountant, tax adviser, or a substitute for your own professional judgement.
You must be at least 18 years old and use TrackDrive for your own business or work purposes.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at help@trackdrive.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
TrackDrive requires a paid subscription to access its features, after an optional 7-day free trial.
TrackDrive’s standard subscription price is £5.32 per month or £63.32 per year. We are currently offering a limited-time promotional price of £3.99 per month or £47.49 per year — a 25% saving on the standard price.
Promotional pricing applies for the period stated and may change or end at any time, after which the standard price applies. The price you pay is always the price shown to you at the point of purchase, before you confirm. Prices may vary by region and are shown in your local currency where applicable.
You agree not to misuse TrackDrive. In particular you must not:
You keep ownership of the job records, images, expenses and documents you add ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store and process Your Content solely to provide the service to you.
A storage limit applies to each account (currently 3 GB). You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important records; export tools are provided in the app.
TrackDrive uses third-party sources including vehicle data (DVLA, DVSA/MOT history), maps and traffic (Google), and weather (Open-Meteo). This information is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee it is accurate, complete or up to date.
Route times, ETAs, traffic and weather are estimates only. Always drive according to the actual road conditions and the law.
We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any auction house, logistics company or vehicle manufacturer.
TrackDrive, its software, design and branding belong to us and our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you beyond the right to use the app under these Terms.
TrackDrive is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
TrackDrive does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for your own tax returns, expense claims and compliance.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using TrackDrive at any time and can permanently delete your account from Settings. On deletion we anonymise your sign-in details immediately and retain business data for up to 30 days before permanent removal, unless the law requires otherwise.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or use the app unlawfully.
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use TrackDrive after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law in your country of residence says otherwise.
